We can’t accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your coffee, defects or error, please contact us at email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. We’re happy to help you find something you’ll love.
Additionally, if you are not 100% satisfied with your O-Gah-Pah Coffee swag purchase, you can return the merch for up to 15 days from the date you received it and get a full refund (less S&H fee) or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Swag item(s) must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
If you would like to make a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your name, the order number, which items, how many units you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will reply to the email with instructions on how to send the items back to us.
Cancellations or Changes
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please send us an email at email@example.com. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, and the reason for the change. Orders with changes will be completely canceled and refunded, a new order will be placed to resolve the issue. In the event of processing mistake or defective product, we will correct any errors and revise your order accordingly. Once our team has become aware of an error, we will work to resolve it within 72 hours.
